What’s new in NexHealth Forms?

We’ve revamped how you manage your Form requests to make it easier to send requests to patients, to see the status of those requests, and to encourage patients to complete their Forms before their appointments.


So, what’s new in NexHealth Forms?

  • New, easier to use Forms dashboard: See your open forms requests at a glance and easily sort by status and due date
  • Save time with batch reminders: Easily filter to find incomplete Forms and send batch reminders to all patients with outstanding form requests. Increase the number of patients completing Forms your Forms completion rate with fewer clicks
  • Proactive sync notifications: Improved notifications ensure you're always in the loop. If ever a manual sync is needed, you'll see 'Sync now' on your Forms dashboard for a quick and easy update.
  • Send new Form requests faster with shortcuts for your first few forms & packets.
