What the schedule is worth.

Production vs. collections.

Production against collections, week over week, on one chart. The gap between them becomes a number, not a month-end argument.

Outstanding balances aged 30, 60, 90 days, visible before they become write-offs.

Schedule utilization by hour.

Booked hours against available hours, by provider, by weekday, by hour. The Tuesday afternoon you already suspected shows up as a pattern you can plan around. And every location lands on one ranked leaderboard.

The analyst your practice never had to hire.

The confirmations that don't turn into visits.

Show rate next to your confirmation numbers, split by new and returning patients. If new patients miss at twice the rate of returning ones, that's a finding, and it's fixable.

Unscheduled treatment revenue.

The patients who haven't been back, sorted by how long it's been: six months, a year, two. Next to them, a dollar figure: what that treatment is worth once it's scheduled. You've suspected it's substantial. Now it has a number.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Built on the data already in your practice. Here's what it can and can't do just yet.

We already pull reports from our EHR. Why do we need this?

Your EHR shows what happened in the chair. It can't show how the patient got there, what never got scheduled, or which channel sent them. That part is new.

We're a small practice. Do we really need a dashboard?

It's a daily check on the few numbers that matter, not a BI project. Small practices have dead zones and lapsed patients too.

Is this another login?

N‌o. It's inside NexHealth, where your scheduling and Messaging already live.

Does this replace a dedicated analytics platform?

A pure analytics tool ends at the chart. Here the action sits next to the number: send a recall or fill a waitlist slot from the same screen.

Does it work with our practice management system?

Production, collections, and outstanding balances need Open Dental, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix with ledger sync on. Everything else works regardless: bookings, forms, campaigns, verification.

Can we export the data?

Not yet. We're scoping it now.

How do you define a "lapsed" patient?

It varies slightly by practice management system today. One standard definition is in the works.

We have multiple locations on different systems. Are patients counted once?

Once per system. A patient with records in two practice management systems is counted in each.

All of this is sitting in your practice right now.
