Simpler insurance payments

Collecting insurance payments from prepaid cards is now easier with a new purpose built flow. 

Smarter payment tracking

Customers not using Ledger Sync can now track whether payments have successfully synced to their  health record system. This means better visibility into payment status and fewer surprises during reconciliation.

Redesigned online booking forms settings 

We’ve redesigned the online booking form page to make adding custom questions easier than ever. Now you can tailor the booking experience to gather exactly the information you need, right from the start.

Double booking for medical practices

Our medical customers can now enable double booking letting you schedule two appointments with the same provider at once, ideal for overlapping visits or quick follow-ups. Reach out to our team to get this feature enabled.
