Smarter, simpler dental forms
Dental practices will now use a streamlined search-and-select interface for medical history—mirroring the experience already available to medical practices. Patients can search for conditions, allergies, and medications in one place, reducing friction during intake. This is currently available to new customers, if you’re an existing customer, please contact our team here to opt in to the new form.

Better communication from iOS
You can now send saved responses and AI-generated quick replies directly from your iOS device—making it easier to respond on the go. Note: new saved responses must still be created on the web.

More flexible messaging logic
We’ve updated the message throttling logic for Save the Date and New Patient messages. Now, if messages are associated with different names, they can be sent to the same phone number within a 6-hour window. This change helps ensure important communication isn’t blocked by timing restrictions.
