Better support for Dentrix Enterprise’s Procedures model

"The on-prem team swiftly moved to address the observed issues so data will be correct moving forward, including:
-Properly assigning patient procedures to the correct location
-Filtering out Patient Procedures that are charges/adjustments and therefore have no ID
-Fixed Procedure Code IDs that were using the name of the procedure instead of a typical identifier like ID or Date of Birth"
