Open Dental Payments with Ledger Sync customers can now give patients visibility into charges with digital statements auto-generated from their ledger. Review this video to see it in action. Open Dental locations with Ledger Sync turned on will see "Auto-Send Statements" in the Payment Settings, replacing the "Date of Birth Verification" payments setting. If this is turned on, all patients who receive a Payment Request from that location will see a statement!
