1. To add a picture to an email campaign, select the Image icon in the editor.
2. Videos cannot be directly embedded in a campaign. Use an image of the video with a link connected to it to achieve a similar effect.
3. Pictures cannot be added to SMS campaigns due to carrier requirements.
