Billing FAQs

To pay your NexHealth invoice, please click here to be redirected to our billing portal.

You will need access to the email address used to setup your practice's billing to enter the portal.

Enter your email address to receive a login code delivered to that address -- no password required!

Need to update your account information (address, payment method, etc)?

From the home screen (Manage Subscriptions) you can make changes to your NexHealth billing information.

Account information --> update your billing email and/or first/last name

Billing Address --> update your billing name and address

Need to change your payment method?

Payment methods --> Edit payment method - View payment methods on file and update or change your credit card information or ACH

Need to view a past invoice or pay an outstanding balance?

Billing history --> View and download invoices and pay any outstanding balance
