How do I set up Smart Commands?
- Your Smart Commands are located on the right side of the message editor in both Templates and Campaigns.
- To explore your Smart Command options, hover over any of the Smart Commands to see an explanation of what will be included when that command is deployed.
- To add a Smart Command, place the cursor in the text where you would like the command to be placed--then, click the appropriate command from the options.
- To view a sample of how the Smart Commands will look to your patients, make sure to Load Preview before you send.
