By default, NexHealth sends text messages between 6AM and 10PM. But you can customize this window to better suit your practice.

To change the times patients will receive automated messages like appointment reminders or reviews:

1. Navigate to Setup, then select Templates.

2. Click the pencil icon to edit your sending hours.
