Reserve with Google integration

NexHealth's Reserve with Google integration makes it so patients can easily book appointments with your practice directly from Google Search and Maps.

This integration adds a booking link that’s available right where patients are already searching.

Here’s how it works

NexHealth will match your address on file with your Google Business Profile

                   a. Need a Google Business Profile? Here’s how to create one. 

When enabled, we will automatically add a Book Now button to your Business Profile listing.

To enable the Reserve with Google integration:

  1. Navigate to the gear icon and select Settings.
  1. Choose Widgets from the left side menu.

3. Flip the toggle to ON.

4. If you have multiple locations, use the copy function to select the other locations you would like to enable.

The Book Now button should appear on your Google Search and Maps pages within 24 hours. If it does not, please contact our Support team to assist.

Once your Online scheduling has been configured, when a patient clicks on the Book Now button on the Google search or map page, they will be redirected to your NexHealth Online Booking page.
