More ways to work with families
Family relationships are a vital part of how patients interact with your practice. Our new family-focused features are designed to make it easier to manage household accounts and communication in one place.
View payments by guarantor
Managing family finances just got simpler. You can now see outstanding balances grouped by guarantor, so it's clear who owes what - no need to dig through multiple records.

Grouped messaging
Keep conversations organized with our new grouped message threads. Messages are now bundled by phone number, so you can see the entire history of communication in a single view.

iPad improvements
We know iPads are essential in many offices, so we’re making sure NexHealth works beautifully across all your devices.
Messaging on iPad
Now you can send and receive messages directly from iPad. Whether you're responding to patient questions or following up on an appointment, the iPad version of NexHealth gives you full messaging functionality with no compromises.

Shared forms and packets
Your web-based forms and packets are now synced to iPad. This means your intake workflows remain consistent whether patients complete forms at the front desk, from home, or on a tablet.
Additional upgrades
We’ve also made a host of small improvements to features you use every day.
Undelete forms
Accidentally deleted a form? No problem. You can now restore deleted forms from the forms tab meaning no more lost work or frustrating rebuilds.
Redesigned online booking page
We’ve given the online booking tab a sleek redesign, focusing on clarity and ease of use.
Updated online booking links page
We’ve also refreshed the online booking links page. Now it's even easier to create, manage, and share customized booking links tailored to different appointment types or patient groups.
