The new NexHealth Campaigns let you automate patient communication in a way that feels personalized to every patient. Practices can now send text or email campaigns based on date, confirmation status, time of day, and more.
For example, looking to re-engage patients who have fallen off your schedule in the past two years? Now you can filter your past appointments by patients who missed or canceled teeth cleanings. You can then send out a SMS with your booking link to get those patients back on your schedule!
CSV Export Analytics
Curious about where your online appointments are coming from? New in the NexHealth Analytics tab is a CSV download that includes Campaign Type and Medium. Easily run reports by channel to look at where your patients are coming from!
Google Tag Manager Integration
NexHealth now integrates with Google Tag Manager that your marketing team or agency will love! It’s a simple and easy way to track where your patients are finding you online and what your marketing ROI looks like.
1-Click Booking – try it out!
Last year, we introduced 1-Click Booking to help you see more of your existing patients. Your patients can book an appointment with just 1 tap from their email or text.
Practices utilizing 1-Click Booking have seen a higher percentage of patients respond to recalls, marketing campaigns, and follow up visits. 1-Click Booking is already available for every NexHealth customer, just follow this video here to turn this super-feature on.
