From the get-go, we put a lot of thought into how we could differentiate our office. And, being in Silicon Valley, we just wanted to make sure that it was as tech-forward as possible. We looked at all the offerings that were in the market, and nothing came close to NexHealth. And to this day, I think that's still very much the case. NexHealth and our office are very much working in tandem to enhance the patient experience. 

It's helpful from a patient experience standpoint. They can see what our availability looks like, find a time that works for them, no phone calls, no back and forth which is great and they get that reminder right before the appointment. 

My team is probably saving two to four hours every day, just not having to remind patients about their appointments or set up appointments and answer those phone calls. NexHealth just really helps us make the whole experience a lot easier. So it's like so seamless and makes everything so simple, stress-free. It has always been our priority to make patients feel very comfortable and at home. We have the amenities of Macha upon arrival, Netflix, heated eye mask, massaging chairs, and lively music to make patients feel more relaxed while they are getting their teeth cleaned and procedures done. 

Patients have been happy with what we've been able to offer. Across both offices we're looking at generally more than 100 new patients per month. For us, you know, everything revolves around the patient experience, right? And NexHealth has been that perfect partner that allows us to deliver on that patient promise.
