Go-Live Checklist
The Go-Live Checklist is a one-stop-shop for you to know exactly what is expected of you at each step of the onboarding process and what will happen next. Work with your Onboarding Manager to navigate each step.
Kickoff
Tell us about your goals and what matters most to you to ensure you see all the value you're expecting from NexHealth. Please come prepared to the kickoff call by following the below checklist:
1. Click on the Get Started button in your welcome email. This will guide you through starting steps depending on your health record system.
2. Make sure you are prepared for your Zoom video call. See our Zoom Tips & Tricks. You will need a computer with a microphone and camera (optionally) for the kickoff call.
3. Health Record System Access: Have access to your health record system admin credentials. Or, have your IT Manager on call for assistance
4. Patient Forms: Submit your forms or choose from our templated forms
3. Bank Information: Bring your bank info so patients can pay you online
4. Chrome Extension: Download the NexHealth Chrome extension if your health record system requires it
6. Cancel your existing service: Send email #1 to your existing service informing them of your planned termination date

1. Email your existing service provider to turn it off so your patients do not receive duplicate messages
2. Turn on templates
3. Publish online booking on your website and social media channels
4. Send your first campaign announcing online booking to your patients
