Offices can add a patient's preferred name directly in their NexHealth profile.
This preferred name will be used as the PATIENTFIRSTNAME and PATIENTNAME SmartCommands in Templates and Campaigns.
To add a preferred name, follow these steps:
- Find the patient in the Patients tab in NexHealth
- Click the pencil button next to the patient name
- Add the patient's preferred name
- Click the green checkmark to save
