How do I change a patient's phone number?

The Synchronizer reads your information directly from your health record system, including phone numbers. Our best practice is to use your health record system as the source of truth, and make any edits to patient information there.

You can, however, edit a phone number in NexHealth if you would like. To do so, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Patients and pull up the patient profile

2. Find the phone number at the top right of the screen

3. Click on the Pencil icon

4. Enter the correct number

5. Click Save
