How do I cancel a Waitlist request?

When you send a Waitlist request with multiple slots, patients can book any slot within the request. If you don’t want those slots to be booked anymore you can cancel their availability within the request. 


To cancel one slot:
Sometimes, you may want to cancel one of the available slots while leaving the rest of the times available.

  1. Navigate to the Waitlist and Select Active Requests. 
  2. Find the request in the list and identify the slot you would like to cancel. 
  3. Select the gray Cancel icon to the right of the slot. 
  4. If a patient selects a time that has been cancelled, they will see an error that it is no longer available.


To cancel all slots in the request:

  1. Navigate to the Waitlist and Select Active Requests. 
  2. Find the request in the list. 
  3. Click Cancel request. 
  4. If a patient tries to book a time from that request, they will see an error that it is no longer available.
