How do I view conversations with patients?

How do I view conversations with patients?

Conversations with patients can be viewed from the Messages tab or in the patient profile.

  1. To view conversations, choose Messages from the navigation bar.
  2. All current conversations can be found in the Messages inbox. Click on a patient’s name to continue a conversation.
  3. You can start a new conversation by searching for the patient’s name in the Find Patient search box.
  4. You can also view archived messages from the Archive tab.
