How do I setup the New Patient Template?


1. Navigate to NexHealth Home

2. Select Templates.

3. Choose "New Patient."

4. Click to edit the messages.

5. Optionally, you can add your new patient intake packet. Click "Forms" under Smart Commands.

6. Select "INSERT_PACKET_NEW_PATIENT_FORMS"

7. Click "Load preview" to see the message from the patient perspective.

8. After review, click to close the preview and Save the message.
