Syncing Public Forms & Packets in NexHealth


If your office has a public packet link hosted on your website, you can sync the completed patient forms to your health record system directly in NexHealth. No need to pull up the patient file in your EHR or download a PAT file. 


  1. You can access the public Forms & Packets on your office website by selecting the public webform URL. Your web developer can then embed this on your office site for patients to complete.
