Where do I find my Support ID?

Where do I find my Support ID?

A support ID is a temporary 6-digit code that can be easily found in your NexHealth account and shared with our Support team to help resolve your issue quicker. 

Here’s how you can locate your Support ID

  1. Log into your NexHealth account. 
  2. Click on your initials in the top-right corner of the NexHealth web app. 
  3. Your unique support code is displayed by clicking on the eye icon under the Log out option.
