How do I troubleshoot my Reserve with Google integration?

Adding an appointment or local business URL to your Google listing can help drive conversion and attract searchers to your business location.

  1. First, you will need to have access to your Google Business Listing at https://www.google.com/business/ If you do not already have access to the listing, you will need to claim it and verify the listing with Google–which requires a postcard sent by mail.
  2. Once you have access to your Google Business listing, log into the account and select Info in the navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to Appointment Links, then paste your booking link (the URL to your online booking) and click “Apply.” It may take a few hours for Google to display the change.
