How many text messages can I send using NexHealth Campaigns?

You can send up to 5,000 SMS messages per location every month using NexHealth Campaigns. This is to protect your deliverability rates, while also reducing frustration and unsubscribes from patients.


While NexHealth does allow you to purchase additional credits if you need to send more text messages, it is not recommended. Instead, we suggest using email for broad communications and reserving SMS campaigns only for emergent information that is directly relevant to that specific patient, like sending a weather closure to patients whose appointments will be rescheduled.
