How do I manage text messages when I have multiple locations?

When patients reach out, you want to get back to them right away. To help multi-location practices respond to messages quickly and with minimal effort, NexHealth Messaging includes a multi-location view.


To turn on multi-location messaging:

  1. Navigate to Messages.
  2. In the upper-right corner, expand the location list. This will include every location your user has access to.
  3. Use the check boxes to select the locations you’d like to include in the feed.
