What are Saved Responses and how do I use them?

Saved responses are used as a shortcut for patient messages. You can create a custom library to answer FAQs, maintain your brand, and reduce typos–freeing up time spent writing the same messages over and over.

To create a Saved Response

  1. Navigate to Setup
  2. Select Messages
  3. Press the + Create message to create a new saved response.


To use a Saved Response

  1. In a message, select the Saved Response icon. This icon looks like a lightning bolt.
  2. Choose the response from your library.
  3. (Optional) You can edit the response to better fit the patient conversation, or send immediately.
