How do I turn on templates?

How do I turn on templates?

Templates each include triggers (the gray tiles seen in the sequence) which set off the sequence to begin sending. This ensures your automated messages are sending at the right times for each patient.

  1. Navigate to NexHealth Home
  2. Click "TEMPLATES"
  3. Click the communication you'd like to automate.
  4. Toggle "On."
  5. Click "YES, ACTIVATE IT!" Your template will start automatically sending--you're live!
